At SJ Maintenance, you'll have an important role in ensuring material supply to maintenance production and thereby contribute to keeping our trains intact, clean, and traffic-safe. Your upcoming role As a Warehouse Coordinator within Depot Production's maintenance operation, you are a key link in the chain ensuring that the right material is available when our vehicles need maintenance. Together with your colleagues, you create the conditions for efficient material supply and help SJ deliver intact, clean, and traffic-safe trains on time. The role encompasses both operational warehouse work and development work. As the first Warehouse Coordinator in the new organization, you will help finalize and further develop warehouse and material supply for our new vehicle fleets X45 and SJ250 in Hagalund. You will also work with spare parts management related to the X55 Midlife program and upcoming overhauls, while contributing to developing warehouse processes, routines, and methods for the future. An important part of the assignment is also to support the continued building of the warehouse organization by contributing to the introduction and training of future Warehouse Coordinators. You are expected to actively participate in the digital development of warehouse operations by contributing to improved system support, increased traceability, and more efficient methods. This makes the role particularly interesting for you if you enjoy combining practical warehouse work with development, improvements, and change management. The role includes, among other things, that you: Verify incoming and outgoing goods against purchase orders and work orders. Perform goods receipt including inspection of goods and delivery notes. Receive, unpack, mark, register, and store material. Handle claims for non-conforming material. Create purchase requisitions for material to be processed. Manage repair flows and transport bookings. Pick and assemble material kits for maintenance production. Handle chemicals, indirect material, and other warehouse flows. Conduct inventory of stored material. Participate in scrapping of obsolete material. Ensure order and organization in warehouse spaces. Responsible for environmental stations and used oil handling. Division Vehicles is responsible for the vehicle fleet's lifecycle and must ensure the timely delivery of intact, clean, and traffic-safe trains. Division Vehicles shall develop and maintain SJ's vehicle fleet, ensure proper vehicle quality, efficient maintenance production through good planning, and balance maintenance needs and capacity. You have good ability to plan, prioritize, and solve problems in an operation where conditions sometimes change quickly. At the same time, you are service-oriented and enjoy collaborating with many different functions. We see that you have: We're looking for you with a high school diploma or previous experience in warehouse/logistics. You have certification to operate warehouse equipment such as counterbalance forklift (B1) and reach truck (A2). We also see that you have a category B driver's license. Good computer skills and experience with various systems. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is meritorious if you have: Experience with SAP or other business and warehouse systems. Experience from technical operations, industry, or maintenance production.
