As a warehouse operator, you play a key role in ensuring that the automated warehouse operation functions optimally. Your main tasks are to: • Monitor and supervise the operation of autonomous forklifts (AGV) • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve minor automation disruptions • Handle alarms and discrepancies in the warehouse system • Ensure that material flows function according to plan • Perform forklift driving when needed, primarily with reach trucks • Support other warehouse operations related to goods flows and warehouse management • Document discrepancies and report improvement suggestions • Contribute to order, safety, and quality in operations The role requires significant personal responsibility and requires you to be comfortable working proactively to keep the operation running. To succeed in the role, we see that you: • Have experience from warehouse or logistics work • Hold a valid forklift certification • Have good forklift experience and preferably experience operating reach trucks • Have a technical interest and enjoy troubleshooting and solving problems • Are responsible, thorough, and organized • Are comfortable working independently but also as part of a team • Are fluent in Swedish, spoken and written Experience with automated warehouses, AGV systems, or other technical warehouse equipment is a merit.
