About the Role As a Warehouse Associate, you are an important part of the store's daily operations. You work closely with both customers and colleagues and ensure that goods are handled, delivered, and presented in an efficient and service-oriented manner. With a focus on structure, collaboration, and customer service, you contribute to a smoothly functioning warehouse and ensure every customer has a positive experience. Your Responsibilities Handle goods delivery to customers with high service and care Receive goods, maintain warehouse areas, and ensure warehouse organization Deliver furniture and other goods to our customers Manage warehouse inventory and conduct inventories according to guidelines and system support Assemble and place goods in the store in consultation with the sales team Report transport damage and complaints according to procedures Contribute to a positive work environment while following safety procedures and working ergonomically with proper protective equipment. When needed, tasks such as cash handling, restocking merchandise in-store, and picking orders for e-commerce may occur. We Are Looking for Someone Who Has good physical capability and enjoys active work Is service-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused Contributes with positive energy and team spirit Has experience with warehouse work in a customer-facing environment (desirable but not required) The Position Permanent full-time employment, beginning with a 6-month probationary period Start date by agreement. Working hours include evenings and weekends. B driver's license is required Many of our goods are heavy and bulky. Goods handling work takes place both in the warehouse and during deliveries to our customers. You need to be comfortable working physically and capable of lifting heavy items.
