About the Assignment Our customer has been part of an international group since 2017 with operations in 11 countries. They specialize in distributing consumer electronics to retailers in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Iceland and have over 40 years of experience in the industry. Right now we are seeking engaged warehouse associates for their warehouse in Landvetter, where you will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting growth journey and contribute to developing work flows and processes. The warehouse has access to a gym for employees. About the Position As a warehouse associate, you will work with a variety of tasks within warehouse and logistics. You will handle everything from order picking and deliveries to performing inspections and restacking pallets. The role also includes certain administrative tasks. Examples of work tasks: Picking and packing Inspections Deliveries Warehouse maintenance Restacking of pallets Work hours: Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00 This position is a full-time consultant assignment with DFDS Professionals. About You The customer is looking for someone who is self-driven, responsible, and thorough. You have a good ability to collaborate and thrive in a team environment. Since the work tasks can be physically demanding, it is important that you have good physical fitness. We would like to see that you have an interest in technology and previous experience with warehouse work. Requirements for the Position Experience with picking and packing in a warehouse Good Swedish in speech and writing Completed upper secondary education, with at least average grades Forklift certification A+B and experience operating a forklift on the job Meritorious Good mathematical skills Knowledge of 5S and Lean and understanding of how these work methods are used Experience working with transport providers, for example understanding of Ex Works (EXW) Driver's license category B Personal Qualities Alert, sharp, and engaged Enjoys working and readily takes own initiative Thorough and at the same time efficient Has an easy time collaborating and enjoys working in a group. Ambulatory Consultant: You are employed by us at DFDS Professionals but work at our customers' sites. Being an ambulatory consultant means you are employed by us DFDS Professionals to perform work at client companies, and your workplace, work hours, and work tasks can thus vary within an agreed service area.
