Warehouse Staff for E-Commerce Company in Sollentuna

Warehouse Staff Nördic is looking for a careful and flexible warehouse staff member to join our team at Stinsen, Sollentuna. We are a growing e-commerce company that sells cables and IT accessories to customers throughout the Nordic region, both through our own website and various marketplaces. We are now looking for a new colleague who will primarily work in our warehouse, but who will also have the opportunity to learn more about e-commerce and our other areas of operation. About the Position As a warehouse staff member, your main responsibility will be to ensure that our customers' orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly and on time. The work is varied and because we are a small team, we help each other with what needs to be done. You will therefore also have the opportunity to learn other parts of the business and step in where needed. Your Main Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders Handle and sort incoming goods Organize and keep the warehouse in order Inventory and check stock levels Handle orders and communication with companies Handle returns and other warehouse-related tasks Work in systems such as Shopify and Fortnox as needed Help with other administrative and practical tasks within the company Who Are We Looking For? We are primarily looking for someone who is careful, reliable, flexible, and practical. You don't need to have extensive experience in warehousing or e-commerce – what matters most to us is that you have the right attitude and want to learn. Because we are a small team of four people, it is important that you are a team player. We help each other and want everyone to be able to learn more about different roles in the company. One day the focus might be on packing orders and the next day you might need to help with another task. We believe you are a person who: Is careful and ensures that things are done right Is flexible and happy to help where needed Is handy and enjoys practical work Is interested in technology and has an easy time learning new systems Can work independently but also collaborate with others Has an easy time learning new systems and tasks Enjoyed working in a small team The work is physical and involves regularly lifting and handling packages and goods. Requirements You speak and write Swedish You speak and write English You are comfortable with physical warehouse work You are careful and responsible Merits Previous experience with warehouse work Experience with Shopify Experience with Fortnox or other business systems B-class driver's license A B-class driver's license is a merit but not a requirement, as driving only occurs to a limited extent.
