We are seeking a meticulous warehouse worker for Te-Centralen in Östersund Description On behalf of Te-Centralen, we are looking for a careful and responsible warehouse worker. Te-Centralen is Sweden's oldest tea web store, and from May 2026, operations will transition to pure e-commerce. You will play an important role in ensuring that each customer order is packed correctly and shipped on time. About the Role In this position, you will work practically in Te-Centralen's warehouse in Östersund with everything from receiving inspections and unpacking to labeling, weighing loose items, order picking, and packing completed orders. During April-May 2026, simple assembly work such as setting up shelves is also included. Attention to detail is at the heart of the job—picking or labeling errors cannot occur. You work independently but in close contact with the rest of the small team. The work pace involves some dust exposure and recurring lifting. No motorized forklifts or similar equipment are used in the warehouse. We Are Looking for You If You are someone who takes great personal responsibility and ensures that things are done correctly. You work at a good pace without compromising on accuracy, and you enjoy practical, repetitive tasks where quality at every step is a given. You need to understand Swedish or English in spoken and written form to follow instructions and labeling, and you can handle work involving standing and lifting throughout your entire shift. This job is suitable for you if you have another primary occupation that reaches at least 50%. Requirements Very high accuracy is an absolute requirement—picking or labeling errors will not be tolerated. You must have the physical ability for standing work and lifting, and be able to understand and follow instructions in Swedish or English. Employment Terms This is an hourly/casual employment position with working hours on weekdays approximately 09–13. Mondays are particularly important, as they are the first day after the weekend and there is normally a lot to do; you should be able to work regularly on these days. Otherwise, we expect approximately 3-4 days per week. The work is performed at Te-Centralen's warehouse in Östersund.
