About the Position As a forklift operator, it is a requirement that you have a valid forklift certification and experience handling different types of forklifts. You should also be able to work independently and have a high sense of accuracy and safety in your work. This position is ideal for you if you enjoy working in service to production. You are positive, responsible, stress-tolerant, and organized, driven by a desire to learn new things. You have ease communicating with different types of people and have the ability to work both independently and in a team. Experience with previous warehouse logistics and service work is a merit. As a forklift operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods as well as handling and transporting materials within our client's production facility. You will ensure that warehouse management is efficient and safe by following established procedures. You will work in an environment where accuracy, quality, and efficiency are central to the daily work. About You Formal Qualifications Valid forklift operator certification A1-A4, B1-B4 + D1. Good understanding of safety regulations and workplace environment rules. Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Basic computer skills to handle warehouse management systems. Holds a B-category driver's license and has access to your own vehicle. Relevant experience that you can benefit from in this position. Personal qualities such as: flexibility, accuracy, and stress tolerance. Meritorious It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in shifts and can handle different types of forklifts, such as Kanban. Experience working in large warehouses with high pace and knowledge of LEAN principles is seen as an advantage. If you have also completed training in logistics or warehouse management, this is an extra plus. Furthermore, good problem-solving skills and a proactive work approach are considered merits.
