As a warehouse associate responsible for picking and packing at Lernia in Gothenburg, you will be part of a team where accuracy, pace, and collaboration are highly valued.
About the Position
You will work with order picking, packing, and preparation for distribution according to provided instructions. The work also includes goods inspection, filling and packaging handling, and reporting of discrepancies. The role involves daily work in business and warehouse systems where orders are handled, registered, and tracked. You will work closely with production planners, order administration, and other departments to ensure an efficient workflow through the operation.
Pick goods according to order lines and pick lists
Pack and prepare shipments for dispatch
Label and sort packages while ensuring correct documentation

About You
We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work. You work independently but also appreciate collaborating with your team to achieve common goals.
To succeed in this role, we would like to see that you have:
Previous experience from warehouse, picking, or packing work
Basic computer skills and experience with scanning equipment are advantageous
Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Experience working in business or warehouse systems
Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal departments such as production planning, order administration, and warehouse
