We are now expanding our warehouse team and seeking a warehouse associate for either day shift or 2-shift schedule! What you will be working with As a warehouse associate, you are an important part of our operations and are responsible for ensuring a stable material flow to production. The role involves close collaboration with production to ensure that operations can continue without interruption. You ensure that production has the right material at the right time by handling material orders, prioritizing urgent needs, and performing internal transports with a forklift. You also follow up on discrepancies to contribute to an efficient and reliable material flow. You work with warehouse management and system transactions where you place materials in the correct storage locations, conduct inventories, and ensure that warehouse transactions are correctly recorded in our systems. You solve problems, handle discrepancies, and make independent decisions in daily operations. As part of the role, you contribute to maintaining order and organization in the warehouse, work according to our safety procedures, and actively participate in improvement work related to warehouse and material flows. Working hours are either day shift (07:00-15:30) or 2-shift. Working hours for 2-shift are every other week Monday-Friday 06:00-14:00 and Monday-Thursday 13:55-22:55. You report to Kristoffer Ulander, Warehouse Manager. Who we are looking for We are looking for someone with experience in warehouse, logistics, or production operations who enjoys working independently. You are responsible, thorough, solution-oriented, and enjoy being an important support function for the organization and taking your own initiatives. You have the ability to prioritize when the pace increases and see the importance of working in a structured manner. Requirements for the position: • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or production work • Forklift certification A1–A4 and B1–B5 • Good understanding of warehouse processes and material flows • Basic computer skills and comfortable working with business or warehouse systems • Communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English Meritorious qualifications: • Knowledge of LEAN, 5S, and continuous improvements.
