Our client in Alvesta is currently in an expansion phase and needs one more team member in their warehouse!
Your Responsibilities
As a warehouse worker, you will play an important role in our logistics and supply chain operations. Your main responsibilities include:
- Forklift operation
- Receiving goods: Receive and verify incoming shipments against delivery documents.
- Storage: Place goods in the correct locations in the warehouse to ensure efficient and organized inventory management.
- Picking and packing: Pick goods according to orders and pack them for distribution, as well as prepare them for shipping.
- Inventory: Participate in regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
- Workplace maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized and follow safety regulations.
Your Background/Qualities
Tolerance for Physical Work: You are comfortable with physically demanding work and feel at ease standing, walking, and lifting throughout the workday.
High Work Capacity: You enjoy working at a fast pace and can adapt to changing tasks, which keeps you productive and efficient at all times.
Team Player: You thrive in a group setting and have strong collaboration skills. You willingly contribute to the team's common goals and support your colleagues.
Accuracy and Responsibility: You pay attention to detail and take ownership of your tasks, which is important for ensuring correct picking and storage of goods.
Previous Experience: If you have experience in warehouse or logistics operations, this is an advantage, but it is not always a requirement. A willingness to learn and develop is essential.

This is a full-time position and begins with a trial employment with Wikan Personal, with an expected transition to a permanent position with the client company. Start date is immediate or by agreement.
