About the Position As a Warehouse Coordinator, you are responsible for planning and coordinating daily warehouse work. You ensure that the right work is performed at the right time and act as a natural contact between the warehouse and the office. You work actively in the operations and are a role model by contributing wherever needed. This role suits you if you have a good sense of order, are solution-oriented, and enjoy creating structure in a varied workday. Responsibilities Plan, prioritize, and coordinate daily warehouse work. Participate actively in operational warehouse work. Goods receipt and arrival inspections. Picking, packing, and deliveries. Booking of transportation. Inventory and warehouse replenishment. Measurement and inspection of components according to drawings and instructions. Ensure order, structure, and efficient workflows. Be a natural link between the warehouse and the office. Contribute to the development and improvement of our work methods. We are Looking for You Have experience from warehouse or logistics work. Have a good sense of order and a natural ability to plan and prioritize. Enjoy taking responsibility and creating structure in daily work. Are unpretentious and enjoy working practically. Have good computer skills and preferably experience with business systems. Speak and write fluent Swedish and English. Merits Experience in measuring techniques and blueprint reading. Forklift certification. Experience from the manufacturing industry. Experience with the Pyramid business system.
