Your main responsibility is to work together with your colleagues to create an inspiring and sales-driving store environment. You plan and follow up on campaigns as well as inform and involve your colleagues in the process. You work purposefully with sales management tools and ensure that the store is always well-stocked and dynamic. Through your personality and professionalism in customer interactions, you create satisfied customers who return to the store. We are looking for you with education in retail communication. We want you to have experience from similar assignments in retail. It is a merit if you have previously worked with similar product categories as ours and have experience in both personal and mechanical sales as well as an eye for the visual. We would like to see that you have experience managing projects and training other VMs. We expect you to be proactive and action-oriented. With us, you will sometimes work alone in the store, and we are looking for someone who knows how to drive themselves forward and sees what needs to be done. We want you to be goal and results-oriented. We believe you have pedagogical skills and find it easy to build relationships. We hope you are a positive person with energy, commitment, and joy. Terms: Employment: The position is a permanent part-time position (19h/week), probation applies. Location: Store in Sundsvall Livli Schedule: Varying work hours, includes evenings and weekends.
