Your main responsibility is to work with your colleagues to create an inspiring and sales-driven store environment. You plan and follow up on campaigns and inform and involve your colleagues in the process. You work purposefully with sales management tools and ensure that the store is always well-stocked and changing. Through your personality and professionalism in customer interactions, you create satisfied customers who return to the store. We are looking for you with training in retail communication We want you to have experience with similar assignments in retail We would like to see that you have experience running projects and training other Visual Merchandisers. We expect you to be proactive and action-oriented We believe you have pedagogical skills and an easy time building relationships. We hope you are a positive person with energy, engagement, and joy. Terms: Employment: The position is a permanent part-time role (19 h/week), probation period applies. Location: Knalleland Borås store Schedule: Varying working hours, including evenings and weekends.
