Lägereld Seeking New Care Coordinator (Licensed Health and Social Care Counselor)

About the Job Lägereld is a modern and rapidly growing company founded to be an actor that contributes to increasing well-being in society. We are a private healthcare provider in first-line psychiatry and work primarily in primary care in Stockholm. Today, approximately 40 psychologists are affiliated with Lägereld, and many of us work remotely from places such as Malmö, Karlstad, Stockholm, Gothenburg, San Francisco, and Turku. A large part of our clinical work takes place digitally, but we also see patients in person. We have an office in central Stockholm where we (Martin & Staffan), the founders of Lägereld, our fantastic administrator/creator (Jonna), and chief psychologist (Joel) are located. Our most important collaboration partners are the primary care centers we work with in Stockholm and insurance companies. A growing part of the business is directed toward the private sector, primarily companies in Sweden. Much of what we do is healthcare-oriented, but we also work in health promotion and wellness. About the Role We are now seeking you, a licensed health and social care counselor. You will have the opportunity to work at primary care center(s) in Stockholm as well as see clients digitally. The majority of your work will be client-facing, and you will receive supervision from one of our experienced psychologists. There will be opportunities to also work on business development projects directed at both primary care and companies. About You We welcome you if you are confident and self-directed in your role as a counselor with sufficient experience to work independently. We place great importance on personal suitability, where joy, warmth, initiative, and reliability are important qualities. Qualifications We prefer that you have at least five years of clinical experience – ideally from primary care. Experience in treating children & adolescents and/or substance abuse is a merit but not required. It is an advantage but not a requirement if you have worked in TakeCare. Other Information You will have the opportunity to work from home, at the office, and at primary care centers with somewhat flexible hours.
