We are now looking for a Warehouse Manager for our partner in Kungälv. About the roleAs Warehouse Manager you are responsible for warehouse and internal logistics operations and ensure that material supply, inventory management and incoming and outgoing deliveries function according to plan. You manage the operation through two Team Leaders and work together with production, planning and other internal functions to ensure efficient flows and high delivery capacity. An important part of the role is to monitor the operation's results, drive improvement initiatives and ensure that the organization has the right conditions to achieve its goals. You contribute structure, clarity and present leadership while working to strengthen efficiency and create stable working methods in the operation. Your main areas of responsibility: Lead and develop warehouse and internal logistics operations Personnel responsibility for 20+ employees Ensure that material supply, inventory management and incoming and outgoing deliveries function according to plan Monitor the operation's KPIs and drive actions in case of deviations Responsible for budget, staffing and resource planning within the operation Drive improvement work related to processes, flows and working methods Contribute to the development of future logistics and warehouse solutions We are looking for youWho has at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in warehouse, logistics or internal logistics Who has experience with personnel responsibility for larger work groups Who has worked with business development and improvement work related to processes, flows and working methods Who has experience working with KPIs, results monitoring and operational management Who speaks and writes fluent Swedish and has good knowledge of English Experience with SAP is seen as an advantage Experience from a larger industrial or manufacturing operation with complex logistics flows is seen as an advantage About the employmentThis is a consultant assignment for an initial 6 months with the possibility of extension. You will be employed as a consultant and work for our partner in Gothenburg.
