You will become part of the Surveillance business area, a division of Saab AB. We develop and manufacture security-critical systems and equipment for aircraft, helicopters, and unmanned vehicles. We deliver, for example, systems, equipment, and software to JAS 39 Gripen, Boeing 787, and Airbus A400M. Many of our products are developed in collaboration with other parts of Saab and external partners. Your Responsibilities As a warehouse worker with us, you will have a varied role within our logistics department, which handles everything from incoming and outgoing deliveries to storage and order picking. Work tasks rotate over time and you will have the opportunity to broaden your skills across multiple areas of warehouse operations together with your colleagues in the department. Your responsibilities include: Goods receipt and arrival inspection Order picking, packing, and dispatch of goods Inventory management and material distribution Administrative tasks, such as reporting in our business system Some forklift operation may occur You will be part of a team that works closely with other functions such as planning, procurement, quality, and production engineering. The position is located at our Huskvarna site and work is scheduled during daytime hours. Your Profile We are looking for someone who enjoys a role combining warehouse work with administrative tasks and who enjoys collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. You are thorough in your work and take responsibility for your tasks, while not hesitating to step up and drive things forward on your own initiative. As the role involves significant contact with other functions at Saab, it is important that you communicate clearly and proactively seek out the information you need. You contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in the department and remain calm even when the pace increases, by organizing and prioritizing what matters most. To succeed in the role, you have: Experience in warehouse work/goods receipt Good computer skills Good English proficiency It is advantageous if you have: Experience with business systems such as IFS, as well as Office suite or similar Experience handling hazardous goods according to ADR 1.3 Driver's license (Category B) Forklift certification (reach truck or counterbalance truck) The position requires that you undergo and receive approval according to applicable security regulations in force at any given time. For positions where Saab has security classification requirements, certain citizenship may be required in some cases.
