Learn more about NOTE here. 💼 Work responsibilities In the role of warehouse worker at NOTE Lund, you are responsible for the company's shipments and ensure that each delivery reaches the customer in a correct and efficient manner. Together with your colleague, you pack and ship goods, handle customs and freight documentation, and book transports. You work with the entire process surrounding shipments, from registering and confirming customer orders to following up to ensure all goods are handled structurally and safely. The role also involves customer contact regarding orders and deliveries, where you contribute to a professional and smooth service experience. Additionally, you participate in developing and streamlining the company's freight and transport flows and ensure that applicable logistics and freight agreements are followed. Responsible for shipments and handling freight and customs documentation Follow up on customer orders and ensure smooth deliveries Contribute to improvement and streamlining of freight and transport flows 🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities Completed and approved high school diploma Experience in warehouse work or logistics Forklift certification is a merit Experience working with ERP systems is a merit Good knowledge of Swedish and English To thrive and succeed in the role of warehouse worker, we believe you are an independent and engaged person who takes responsibility for your tasks.
