Typical tasks at the Lindex warehouse include order picking, packing, container unloading, and decanting before storage. The work can be physically demanding and involves some heavy lifting. If you have a forklift license, you may also do some basic forklift operation. A forklift license is an asset but not a requirement. You register your own availability and will then be scheduled for work shifts based on needs. For a part-time position, we prefer that you have the ability to work at least two days per week. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is positive, responsible, and enjoys working as part of a team. You are curious, engaged, and motivated by developing your skills in warehouse and logistics. As a warehouse worker, you work goal-oriented and contribute to an efficient and well-functioning workplace. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and easily adapt to different tasks and work environments. Since the work may involve placement in several departments, it is important that you are open to variety and can quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks. You follow established procedures, take responsibility for your work, and treat both colleagues and the workplace with respect. Requirements: Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written Good physical endurance and ability to work physically Flexibility and willingness to work with varying tasks Assets: Previous experience in warehouse or logistics, good computer skills, forklift license and forklift experience, and a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle.
