About the Position As a warehouse worker, you are responsible for daily warehouse activities such as picking, packing, inbound and outbound deliveries, and basic goods and inventory handling. You work according to established routines and safety regulations to ensure that goods are handled correctly and deliveries are made on time. The role involves collaboration with colleagues and contact with carriers when needed. Picking and packing orders according to picking systems and work instructions. Loading and unloading goods and checking delivery documents and shipments. Continuous inventory counts and updates of inventory balances in the system. Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse according to 5S principles. Collaborating with the team to achieve delivery targets and quality requirements. About You We are looking for someone who is responsible, thorough, and has a practical mindset. You enjoy physical work and working at a fast pace when needed. Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude are important in this role. Organized and thorough Accustomed to working in a team and taking personal responsibility Flexible and solution-oriented Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written Formal Qualifications Experience from warehouse or logistics work is a merit Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse systems is a merit Communicates well in Swedish, both spoken and written Merits Forklift certification (A or B), experience with picking systems (for example scanning systems), or previous experience with returns handling and temperature-controlled warehouses is a merit. Driver's license category B is an advantage.
