About the Role As Warehouse Manager with us, you have overall responsibility for ensuring our warehouse operates efficiently, safely, and in an organized manner. You will be the backbone that ensures logistics runs smoothly, from goods receipt to delivery. Your main responsibilities: Daily Operations: Plan, lead, and distribute daily warehouse work. Flow Optimization: Organize and optimize warehouse space and improve internal logistics processes. Goods Handling: Unloading, loading, picking, packing, and registering in the business system. Inventory & Quality: Oversee ongoing inventories and ensure warehouse balances are accurate. Safety: Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment Who Are You? We're looking for you—a natural leader in your professional role. You are organized, solution-oriented, and thrive best in fast-paced environments. Since this role involves significant autonomy, you must be self-driven and have an eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture. Qualifications: Several years of warehouse experience, preferably in a supervisory or coordinating role (e.g., as a warehouse lead or team leader). Knowledge of logistics/business systems. Good physical condition as heavy lifting occurs. Valid forklift certification (A+B) and solid experience operating forklifts. Fluent in Swedish (and good English skills) in both spoken and written form. Meritorious: Experience handling hazardous goods (batteries) and experience with logistics process improvements.
