About Lack-Ollé Lack-Ollé markets quality tools for cutting machining, and quality and customer focus are central to everything we do. We represent several European manufacturers and also have our own production in Trollhättan, where we manufacture and grind cutting tools according to customer needs. We are a small, family-oriented company with short decision-making processes, close collaboration, and a strong focus on quality and customer service. About the Position We are now looking for a warehouse and workshop associate who wants to become part of our engaged team. The role is varied and combines practical warehouse work with work in our workshop. You will gradually learn about our products, working methods, and processes, and have the opportunity to take significant responsibility on your own. This is a permanent position that begins with a six-month probationary period. Working hours are during daytime. Warehouse Responsibilities Packing outgoing shipments Unpacking and handling incoming shipments Registration of tools coming in for grinding Registration of tools for coating Customer contact Other warehouse management and order-related tasks Workshop Responsibilities Responsibility for cylindrical grinding Manual grinding Handling and processing of cutting tools Other tasks that arise in the workshop  Who Are We Looking For? We would like to see that you have: Good problem-solving skills Experience with CNC or other workshop production Ability and willingness to work in a team A thorough and quality-conscious work approach Ability to see what needs to be done and take your own initiative Curiosity and willingness to learn new things A service-oriented and positive attitude Ability to take responsibility and work independently Knowledge of cutting tools, grinding, or cutting machining is advantageous, but for the right person, attitude, initiative, and willingness to develop are just as important.
