Manage bookings via phone, email, and booking systems. Answer inquiries from guests and businesses. Administrative tasks and office support. Collaborate with restaurant and activity operations. Ensure the reception is always welcoming and well-organized. We Are Looking For Someone Who Has previous experience working in reception. Has excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor. Is organized, responsible, and solution-oriented. Thrives working at a fast pace. Has good computer skills and learns new systems quickly. Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has good English proficiency. Is flexible and can work days, evenings, and weekends.
