Job Description Do you have experience in electrical work and want to work with advanced vehicle installations in a technical environment where precision, problem-solving, and quality are paramount? As a technician at Thermo King, you will work with installation and setup of refrigeration units on transport vehicles, heavy trucks, and trailers. This role is perfect for you if you have electrical experience, preferably in vehicles, and enjoy practical, varied, and technical work. The work is self-directed and independent with responsibility for your vehicles. The team has regular check-ins where work is planned and reviewed, while support is always available from colleagues and technical installation support. Your Profile We are looking for someone with electrical work experience and a genuine interest in vehicles and technology. Perhaps you currently work as a vehicle electrician, technician, mechanic, or installer with electrical skills and are seeking a role where you can work more specialized and develop alongside experienced colleagues. If you have experience with electric vehicles or training in high-voltage systems, that's a major plus! As a person, you are reliable, thorough, and take responsibility for your work. You thrive in a workshop environment where people help each other and teamwork is important. You don't need to know everything from the start, but you should have the right foundational skills, a willingness to learn, and a serious approach to safety and quality. If you have vehicle electrical experience but lack high-voltage training, Thermo King may be open to training the right person. Since daily communication, work instructions, and safety briefings are conducted in Swedish, you need to be able to understand and communicate in Swedish. B and C driving licenses are not required but are an advantage.
