As a technician at Thermo King, you will work with the installation and setup of refrigeration units on transport vehicles, heavy trucks, and trailers. This role suits you if you have electrical experience, preferably in vehicles, and enjoy practical, varied, and technical work. The work is self-directed and independent with responsibility for your assigned vehicles. The team has regular check-ins where work is planned and reviewed, while support is always available from colleagues and technical installation support. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in electrical work and a genuine interest in vehicles and technology. Perhaps you currently work as a vehicle electrician, technician, mechanic, or assembler with electrical skills and are seeking a role where you can specialize more and develop alongside experienced colleagues. If you have experience with electric vehicles or training in working with high-voltage systems, that's a big plus! As a person, you are reliable, thorough, and take responsibility for your work. You thrive in a workshop environment where people help each other and teamwork is important. You don't need to know everything from the start, but you should have the right foundational skills, a willingness to learn, and a serious approach to safety and quality. If you have vehicle electrical experience but lack high-voltage training, Thermo King may be open to training the right person. Since daily communication, work instructions, and safety briefings take place in Swedish, you need to be able to understand and communicate in Swedish. A B and C driver's license is not required but is an advantage.
