About the Position As a refrigeration mechanic at TIP Group, you will be an important part of the workshop team and will be responsible for installation, service, maintenance, and repair of transport cooling systems. The role is varied and combines hands-on mechanical work with troubleshooting and technical problem-solving. The work is performed in a dynamic environment where quality, customer service, and technical expertise are in focus. Your responsibilities will include: Installation of transport cooling systems Service and preventive maintenance of cooling units Repair and troubleshooting of transport cooling systems Service of both TIP Group's own vehicle fleet and external customers Diagnostics and technical troubleshooting Documentation of completed work Participation in on-call duty according to schedule What We Are Looking For To succeed in this role, TIP Group seeks a person with experience working with cooling systems and a strong technical interest. You work in a structured manner, are quality-conscious, and enjoy solving technical problems in your daily work. Qualifications: Experience as a refrigeration mechanic, cooling technician, or cooling engineer Strong technical knowledge of service, maintenance, and repair of cooling systems Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility B driving license is required Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Meritorious: Personal F-gas Category 1 certificate Experience with Thermo King and Carrier systems Experience from the transport industry C or CE driving license Good English language skills As a person, you are responsible, thorough, and service-oriented.
