This assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Swedbank for at least 6 months. There are good opportunities for extension thereafter. Work Tasks
You will work with administrative tasks where the computer is your primary tool. In your role as a KYC analyst, you will work with the bank's customer due diligence, which means digitally collecting, analyzing, and reviewing information about the bank's customers in accordance with applicable regulations and internal guidelines.
Customer contact may occur in the role, primarily via phone or email, for example to request additional information or answer customer questions. The role requires accuracy, analytical ability, and the ability to work in a structured manner with high quality.
Working hours are Monday through Friday during office hours.
