We are seeking dedicated and reliable personal assistants for a female client on Lidingö with ALS and tracheostomy. You are attentive, flexible, and have strong collaboration skills. You enjoy working closely with others, are responsible, and respect the client's integrity and right to self-determination. The home has a dog, so you should not be allergic or afraid of dogs. The client has a strong interest in boating, books, gardening, nature, and socializing. She is active and enjoys traveling – therefore, we are looking for someone who appreciates variety in their daily work and sees travel as a positive part of the job. This is a longer-term temporary position with a fixed schedule, primarily evenings and overnight shifts, with the possibility of extension. You will work together with a colleague (double assistance) and become part of a larger team, where collaboration and good communication are important. We would like you to have experience in care or support work; experience in personal assistance is a merit. The client places great importance on personality and chooses her own assistants. You will receive an introduction session, clear procedures, and brief training to feel confident in the role. Working hours: days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
