We are seeking a dedicated and reliable personal assistant for a female client on Lidingö with ALS and tracheostomy. You are attentive, flexible, and have strong collaboration skills. You enjoy working closely with others, are responsible, and respect the client's integrity and right to self-determination. The home has a dog, so you should not be allergic or afraid of dogs. The client has a strong interest in boating, books, gardening, nature, and social activities. She is active and enjoys traveling – therefore, we are looking for someone who appreciates a varied workday and sees travel as a positive part of the job. This position is a longer-term temporary assignment with a fixed schedule, primarily evenings and overnight shifts, with the possibility of extension. You will work alongside a colleague (double assistance) and become part of a larger team, where collaboration and good communication are essential. We welcome experience in care or social services work; experience in personal assistance is a merit. The client places great importance on personality and selects her own assistants. You will receive introductory training, clear procedures, and a brief orientation to help you feel confident in the role. Working hours: days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
