We are looking for someone who: is a woman enjoys a calm and supportive assistant role is flexible and likes varied work tasks has a good sense of humor and patience can work day, evening, weekend, and night shifts wants a long-term position with good personal chemistry Requirements B-level driver's license Non-smoker Comfortable with dogs and cats in the home Available for irregular work hours Position Details We are seeking hourly substitutes who can fill in during absences There is also a position at approximately 65% that can transition to a fixed-term employment (FVT) Work Hours Weekdays: 07–15, 15–23, and awake nights 23–07 Weekend shifts: 08–20 or 20–08 (12-hour shifts) About SMIL SMIL is a user-led association that provides personal assistance to people living in Malmö and surrounding areas.
