Personal assistants needed for a man in Trelleborg Sydassistans is now seeking personal assistants for a cheerful and social 35-year-old man with a disability. Positions: 38.13 h/week 12.42 h/week The client lives in his own apartment in Trelleborg and needs support with daily living. Work tasks include, among other things, assistance with: · Transfers (with the help of a lift) · Personal hygiene · Household management · Participation in leisure activities · Outings The client has his own car, so it is a requirement that you have a valid driver's license (automatic transmission) and are comfortable driving. Working Hours You will work according to a rotating schedule that includes day, evening, and weekend shifts, as well as on-call overnight duties. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for you as a woman between 25–55 years old, non-smoker, who has a calm, responsible, and positive attitude. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in healthcare and elderly care, but it is not a requirement. We are looking for you who is cheerful and solution-focused, as well as has an interest in games, TV, and outings. Good communication skills are important as the client appreciates calm and clear speech. The client participates in day activities several days a week, which you as an assistant will attend. We are also seeking substitute assistants who can step in when regular assistants are sick or on leave. One of our responsibilities as an assistance provider is to be the employer of our clients' personal assistants.
