Personal assistant wanted for a young woman in Simrishamn Employment type: Hourly position with opportunity for fixed shifts Start date: By agreement We are looking for an engaged, calm, and responsible personal assistant for a young woman living in Simrishamn. She has extensive functional limitations and needs support in all aspects of her daily life. She has no speech ability and very limited communication skills. She also has reduced vision and hearing as well as significant motor difficulties. Responsibilities As a personal assistant, you will help her with everything involved in daily life, including: Personal care and hygiene Getting dressed and undressed Meals and tube feeding according to instructions Transfers and mobility support as well as wheelchair use Communication and social support Medication administration according to delegation Activities inside and outside the home Supervision day and night She needs support and the presence of an adult and cannot be left alone. We are looking for someone who Is calm, confident, and takes responsibility. Has great patience and a respectful approach. Can work independently but also collaborate with the family and other assistants. Speaks and understands Swedish well. It is advantageous if you have experience with personal assistance, tube feeding, or epilepsy, but personal suitability is most important. If you know Sign Language/TAKK, that is a plus.
