About the Job as Personal Assistant
As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday activities and during leisure time. Your workplace is where the customer is located, and your work tasks involve assisting the customer so they have the conditions to live the life they wish.
Work Tasks
We are seeking an engaged and thoughtful female personal assistant for a woman with multiple disabilities. This is a job for someone who appreciates the calm of night and wants to be an important part of someone else's everyday life.
The position involves awake night shifts, with 10 night shifts over a four-week period, corresponding to 111.5 hours per month.
You will work closely with a person with extensive support needs, where your presence, attention, and ability to act when needed are of great importance. Therefore, it is important that you have good experience with epilepsy and feel confident in handling situations that may arise.
We believe you are someone who takes responsibility, works independently, and has a calm and respectful approach. You are attentive, see what needs to be done, and contribute to a safe and stable living situation.
About the Employment
The work is primarily scheduled for nights, but there may be occasional needs to work at other times of the day. The customer bathes regularly, and as a personal assistant, you may therefore need to accompany them and provide the necessary support during bathing.
Requirements for the position are that you are smoke-free and have a driver's license.
