Personal assistance at NÄRA is therefore provided with respect for the individual's self-determination. Who is the client? Our client is a woman with autism living in Täby. She is now looking for a part-time assistant who can work approximately one overnight shift per week or a combined evening/night shift. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of making everyday life run smoothly. The work can involve anything from helping with morning routines, hygiene, and household chores, to taking walks together or visiting museums. Who are you? We are looking for someone who has a calm demeanor and can engage with the client in her interests. You also need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is a merit if you have: Previous experience in care work. However, this is not a requirement, as personal suitability is decisive. What type of position is this? The position is approximately 70% where shifts can be during the day, evening, night, or overnight shifts. Start date no later than September 1 or by agreement.
