About the job:
We are now hiring staff for our client just south of Varberg. Permanent position at 30-50% employment level with the possibility of additional hours through temporary assignments leading to a permanent position.
Work shifts are scheduled for evenings 16-23 and nights 23-07.
This is a double-staffed assignment, meaning you will always work with another person.
We are looking for someone between 25-35 years old with strong social skills who enjoys a relaxed atmosphere and prefers a playful relationship with your client and colleagues. The client prefers male applicants, but personality and compatibility between you are what matters most.
Job responsibilities:
Working as a personal assistant is varied and can differ greatly from day to day. It involves meaningful work where you help another person with everyday tasks that many take for granted. This can include, for example, getting dressed, preparing meals, taking a walk, or other activities that are essential for daily life to function.
As a personal assistant, you need to have empathy and respect for the person you work for. The profession demands high levels of flexibility, responsibility, and commitment. Your ability to work with the client's focus and wishes in mind is crucial for your suitability as a personal assistant.
Given the significant care needs, we prefer candidates with experience in this area, but it is not required as long as you feel comfortable in such situations. Employment begins with on-the-job training combined with education for delegated tasks.
It is an advantage if you have an interest in sports, as it is common to watch hockey, football, MMA, and other sports together with the client.
Qualifications:
• You are calm and clear in your approach and communication
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as you will be receiving and giving instructions related to the client
• B-category driver's license
