We are now seeking two quality development specialists who want to drive quality work within the Social Services Administration in Järfälla Municipality – and contribute to even better services for our residents.
As part of the Quality and Development unit, you will work together with an engaged team that supports operations within elderly care, disability services, employment services, and individual and family care. With us, around ten quality development specialists support the operations in developing quality and efficiency in close collaboration with managers and employees throughout the administration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The unit is working to strengthen both our collective work based on our quality management system and our operations monitoring. As one of our new colleagues, you will have a meaningful role in this work and be part of shaping how we take the next step forward.
You will also work with tasks such as:
• Develop decision-making materials, governing documents, and conduct investigations,
• Prepare materials for procurements,
• Analyze and report results to administration management and elected officials,
• Investigate Lex Sarah cases and deviations,
• Support and project-lead operations in development processes, for example in the transition following the new Social Services Act.
Here you will receive a varied and developmental assignment where the tasks change with the needs of the operations. It is a broad and dynamic role where you work together with managers and employees in the administration as well as other functions in the municipality.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking you who have:
• Several years of work experience within social services in a role as investigator/operations developer/quality development specialist or equivalent.
• Relevant higher education for the assignment. We would like to see that you are a social worker, but other equivalent degrees are also welcome if you have experience working within social services.
• Experience and expertise within the field of individual and family care
It is advantageous if you have experience with:
• Work within municipal social services.
• Leadership, for example through leading teams, projects, or development processes.
To thrive and succeed in the role, you need to be curious, unpretentious, and flexible in your work approach. You have an easy time prioritizing. You can switch between working on long-term strategic tasks and quickly adapt when more time-critical matters need to be prioritized. You work in a structured manner, have analytical ability, and enjoy working both independently and together with others.
