Do you want to work close to operations and help strengthen the quality of welfare services in Nacka? We are now seeking a quality auditor for a developmental role where you combine analysis and investigation with support to our operations within Welfare and Public Services (VSS). With us, you will make a real difference in people's everyday lives. Your Assignment As a quality auditor, you hold a central role in systematic quality work across our care and welfare operations. You work both strategically and operatively to monitor, analyze, and develop quality in our services. A clear focus is on providing close support to managers and helping translate legislation and requirements into functional working methods in daily operations. You will be part of a quality team within the Welfare and Public Services department, where other functions such as HR, finance, and communications collaborate. Your tasks will include: - conducting and supporting investigations, for example according to lex Sarah - analyzing deviations, feedback, and quality data - supporting managers on quality matters and developing improvement measures - following up that improvement measures are implemented and effective - contributing to developing working methods, procedures, and management systems - working close to operations through dialogue, observation, and follow-up - participating in and driving development and improvement work The role involves many contact points and great variation in tasks. You need to be able to switch between analysis, coaching, and practical support on-site in the operations. Your Experience Requirements: - University degree in, for example, social work (social worker) or other relevant education - Experience working in care and welfare or social work - Strong knowledge of the Social Services Act (SoL) and legislatively governed operations - Experience with documentation and investigation work - Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish - Good digital competence and experience working in documentation and quality systems Meritorious: - Experience with quality work at an overarching level - Experience with investigations (e.g., lex Sarah) - Knowledge of LSS, HSL, and systematic quality work - Experience working close to operations, for example as a counselor, social worker, or similar - Experience developing procedures, processes, or working methods - Experience in politically governed organizations Are You the Right Fit?
