Quality Technician / Measurement Technician for Manufacturing Industry About the Position We are now seeking a Quality Technician/Measurement Technician for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. You will have a broad network of contacts within the organization and be an important part of ensuring that products meet the right quality standards and that processes are continuously improved. Your Daily Work You will work closely with production and serve as technical support on quality-related matters. A significant portion of your work will involve measuring, analyzing, and following up on results to ensure that products meet the specified requirements. Your responsibilities will include: Measurement and inspection of components and products. Working with modern measuring machines and measurement arms. Inspection and verification of new products. Blueprint reading and interpretation of technical documentation. Analysis of deviations and identification of root causes. Support to production on quality and measurement technical matters. Participation in improvement and development projects. Development of methods and procedures within quality and production. Contact with customers and suppliers on technical and quality-related matters. The role involves close collaboration with both production and other functions, which means you will have a varied workday with good opportunities to make an impact. Who Are You? We believe you have several years of experience from the manufacturing industry and a genuine interest in technology and quality. For example, you may have worked as a measurement technician, quality technician, production technician, or in another similar technical role. It is a merit if you have experience from cutting operations and have previously worked with quality control or measurement techniques. We particularly value if you have: Good experience with blueprint reading. Experience with measurement and quality control. Technical understanding of the manufacturing industry. An analytical and problem-solving approach. Experience with improvement work. As a person, you are thorough and responsible, yet unpretentious and communicative. You enjoy collaborating with others and have a natural ability to build trust in your interactions with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
