Quality Technician for Assembly

Your Future Challenge You will work in a team of approximately 25 people with expertise in quality and configuration. You will have an important role in addressing disturbances in assembly by investigating deviations and deciding on corrective actions. The work may also involve contact with suppliers regarding complaints and verification of quality on incoming materials. Your work tasks may include: Review and assess cases of suspected deviations Gather facts and investigate root causes Determine the scope of deviation and assess severity and priority Decide on corrective measures Convene and lead quality meetings with other departments Perform inspections of incoming materials and components to ensure they meet specified quality requirements Participate in improvement initiatives Reporting is to the Head of Production Quality. Who You Are We are looking for someone with a quality or production engineering degree, or who has acquired this knowledge through experience. We wish you have practical experience in quality work and a good understanding of technical documentation. Previous experience with the business system SAP and Excel is a plus. Since we are an international group, you need to have good skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You are a driven problem-solver who works goal-oriented and likes to be at the center of things. The work requires strong communication skills and an interest in collaborating with anyone you meet.
