Responsibilities Quality Inspection: Perform inspection of components to ensure they meet customer specifications and technical drawings Measurement and Control: Use precision measurement equipment to verify dimensions and tolerances and document deviations Process Improvement: Contribute to identifying and implementing improvements in quality controls and inspection processes Reporting: Document and report quality deviations and participate in root cause analysis together with the production team About You We are looking for someone who has an unpretentious approach and is motivated by developing both yourself and the company together with your colleagues. To succeed in the role, we believe you have: Experience working in quality control and measurement technology from roles such as Quality Technician, Measurement Technician, or CNC Programmer A structured and thorough work method, with an eye for detail and a high standard for quality The ability to work independently, but you also enjoy working in a team and contributing to continuous improvements We at Micromatic are currently about 20 engaged employees in the workshop, and we offer a positive and inspiring work environment.
