We are now looking for a Quality Engineer Project / Measurement Technician who wants to take a key role in our quality work and help develop both products, processes, and measurement techniques. About the Role As Quality Engineer Project / Measurement Technician, you are responsible for driving and developing quality work with a special focus on project quality and measurement techniques. You will be an important resource in both ongoing production and new projects, ensuring that the right quality tools are used and that customer requirements are met. You report to the Quality and Environmental Manager and are part of the quality department. Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Drive and further develop FMEA work. Establish and maintain flowcharts, FMEA, control plans, and inspection instructions. Ensure that PPAP work is carried out according to established procedures. Compile and administer PPAP and IMDS. Participate in and drive quality assurance of new products and production cells. Support production with analyses, quality tools, and improvement suggestions. Participate in the company's long-term quality strategy. Conduct internal training in measurement techniques. Perform measurements and program and maintain the company's measuring machine. Responsible for product reviews, layout inspections, prototype and production measurements. Responsible for calibration and monitoring of measurement equipment. Conduct MSA and capability studies. Interpret drawings and technical specifications. Provide technical support in deviation management. Participate in the development of inspection fixtures and specifications. Handle supplier PPAP documentation. Provide advisory support on measurement technique questions to customers and suppliers. We are Looking for Someone Who Has post-secondary technical education or equivalent work experience. Has experience with quality work in manufacturing industry. Has good knowledge of measurement techniques, measurement systems, and analysis of measurement results. Has experience with project work and quality management. Has good computer skills. Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Is analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. Has good collaboration skills and enjoys multiple contact points. Is driven and takes responsibility for developing work methods and processes. Meritorious Experience from the automotive industry. Knowledge of the APQP process. Experience with PPAP, FMEA, IMDS, and MSA. Knowledge of Core Tools. Experience with quality assurance during process and product changes.
