Mattssons in Anderstorp is now seeking a Quality Technician who wants to help ensure the highest quality in a global supply chain and contribute to strong quality work in the organization. About Mattssons Mattssons offers one of the market's broadest selection of fasteners with over 180,000 articles. In addition to the standard range, Mattssons also provides customer-specific components to customers with high quality requirements. The group has operations in Sweden, Portugal, and China, and through the subsidiary Wulkan in Anderstorp, in-house manufacturing is also offered. In total, approximately 120 people are employed and turnover amounts to approximately 250 Mkr. The operation is certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 and is characterized by structured quality work, strong customer focus, and a culture where improvements and collaboration are at the center. About the Role As a Quality Technician at Mattssons, you will be an important part of the company's quality work and work closely with both customers, suppliers, and internal functions. The role involves ensuring product quality throughout the supply chain and contributing to the development of internal quality processes. You will work together with a team where the focus is on analysis, improvement work, and careful monitoring of quality results. Work tasks may include: Measurements, quality inspections, and performance testing Handling of customer and supplier complaints Documentation and quality monitoring Calibration of measuring equipment Contact with suppliers on quality-related matters Internal collaboration on technical issues and deviations Participation in improvement work according to Mattssons quality policy "The Quest for Zero" The role involves both practical work in the operation and administrative follow-up linked to quality processes. About You To succeed in the role, we believe you have a technical interest combined with a structured way of working. You are analytical, thorough, and enjoy working solution-oriented together with others. You have the ability to see the bigger picture in quality work while working methodically with details.
