Your Role with Us
As a Quality Technician with us, you will have a key role in ensuring the quality of our products, processes, and methods. You will work both operationally and developmentally with quality matters, while actively supporting our LEAN initiatives to create an efficient, stable, and competitive operation.
You will serve as important support to production and work closely with colleagues across multiple functions to identify improvement opportunities, analyze deviations, and ensure that our processes meet both customer requirements and internal quality standards. You are also an important contact person for our customers on quality-related matters and actively contribute to the development of the company's quality management system.
The position is located at Tidaholm Träcenter. Working hours are primarily scheduled during daytime. Travel may occur to a limited extent when needed.
In your role as Quality Technician, you will, among other things:
Drive and develop quality and improvement work in the operation.
Ensure that quality standards, customer requirements, and internal methods are followed.
Conduct follow-ups, analyses, and root cause analyses of quality deviations to identify and implement improvements.
Support production with quality assessments, quality measurements, and product improvements.
Further develop and maintain the quality management system at the facility.
Drive improvement projects and support the organization in LEAN methodology, 5S, and continuous improvements.
What You Need to Succeed in This Role
To be suitable for the position, you have at least five years of experience in quality work within manufacturing industry and a good understanding of production processes. You have worked with quality matters, quality tools, and deviation management, and are experienced in conducting root cause analyses and corrective actions.
Furthermore, you work seamlessly in digital systems and have very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. You are comfortable analyzing, compiling, and presenting information in a clear and pedagogical manner. The role requires that you communicate well in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
It is strongly meriting for this position to have experience in LEAN and improvement work, as well as knowledge of tools such as 5S, standardized work, and visual management to create efficient and sustainable processes.
