Job Description Do you want to contribute to a safer and more legally secure care environment for our clients? Apply for the Quality Coordinator position! The quality coordinator role is new at SiS and aims to strengthen the facility's ability to conduct proactive, legally secure, and systematic quality work. Your task will be to help develop quality in operations long-term. Specifically, this means: Coordinating and consolidating the facility's systematic quality work so that early signals of shortcomings are identified and converted into improvement efforts. Supporting the facility's managers in handling deviations such as Lex Sarah, IVO, and JO cases and helping ensure legally secure processes are applied in investigative work. Supporting managers in the facility's work to implement new policy documents, methods, and working practices. The role involves working independently but in close collaboration with the facility's management team. You will also be part of a network of quality coordinators at the agency's all facilities, with opportunities for dialogue and experience sharing. Qualifications To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have strong commitment to quality issues with a focus on client rights. You are analytical, structured, and meticulous with a strong ability to drive and consolidate processes. You have integrity with a good ability to balance between a supportive and supervisory role. You are also able to work independently while being communicative and pedagogical, to support managers and staff in developing the facility's quality work. You must also have: An academic degree in social work, behavioral science, or equivalent academic education combined with work experience that we consider equivalent. Experience working with systematic quality work in operations regulated by SOSFS 2011:9. Very strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing. It is meritorious if you also have: Knowledge of administrative law, Lex Sarah, and regulations related to supervision. Good knowledge of and experience with data collection, documentation, and analysis. At SiS, we value good collegial relationships.
