We are now seeking a Quality Coordinator who wants to drive the development of the Adult Services business area. With us, you will have a key role in creating the conditions for operations characterized by quality, legal certainty, and continuous improvement. Together with managers and employees, you work to ensure that our efforts have the best possible impact for the people who need our support. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a Quality Coordinator, you have a central role in coordinating, driving, and developing quality and improvement work within the Adult Services business area. You work closely with the Operations Manager and Unit Managers and provide qualified support on matters concerning quality management, operations development, monitoring, and implementation of new working methods. The role involves working both strategically and operationally to ensure that the operation develops in line with legislation and organizational goals. Your duties include, among other things: • Process Development: Drive the work of developing the organization's work processes to create a cohesive, efficient, and effective support chain for clients. • Support in implementing reforms: Support the implementation of national reforms (such as the new Social Services Act, the comorbidity reform, and activity requirements) and translate these into practical, local working methods. • Operations Development: Lead development assignments within the business area. • Quality Development: Build and implement a structured approach to self-inspection and monitoring. Focus on creating a learning work environment where deviations and results serve as a foundation for operations development. • Methodology Support: Implement, maintain, and develop the organization's working methods to ensure that implementation creates impact for clients. • Collaboration: Participate in strengthening collaboration between public authorities and between these and service providers to create cohesive support for adult clients and reduce silo thinking. Also collaboration with other parties within the municipality and externally. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a strong interest in quality development and who are motivated to create structure, development, and improvements that make a real difference for both the organization and clients. We are looking for you who have • Relevant academic education or equivalent competence acquired through education and/or your work experience. • Several years of experience with qualified work within social services or other public operations. • Experience with quality work, operations development, or improvement work. • Experience in coordinating, leading, or driving development and change initiatives. • Strong ability to analyze operations, results, and processes. • Strong ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. • Good digital competence. It is meritorious if you have: • Experience from the Adult Services area within social services. • Experience with implementation of legislation, reforms, or major change initiatives. • Knowledge of evidence-based practice and knowledge management. • Experience with process mapping and process development. • Experience with collaboration between municipality, region, and other authorities. To succeed in this role, you are Analytical and able to see connections, identify development areas, and translate conclusions into concrete improvements. Change/Development-oriented and driven to create change that leads to better quality and results. Structured and work methodically with planning, monitoring, and implementation. Collaboration-oriented and build good relationships that create conditions for joint development. Communication/Pedagogical and able to convey knowledge and create understanding and engagement among different target groups.
