Apply for the role of Quality Leader at Surewood Housing. About the position As Quality Leader, you have a central role in developing, coordinating, and strengthening the organization's quality work. You drive improvement initiatives and ensure compliance through close collaboration with project development, production, construction sites, after-sales, and our central management processes. By building trust and creating understanding for quality work throughout the organization, you contribute to further developing our quality culture. Examples of responsibility areas: • Coordinate, administer, and further develop the organization's quality and management systems. • Support process owners in building, updating, and ensuring compliance with procedures, working methods, and governing documents. • Follow up on deviations, conduct investigations, and drive root cause analyses. • Analyze key metrics and quality costs and report results and improvement suggestions to the organization. • Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal and external audits. • Train and support the organization in implementing processes, working methods, and quality requirements. • Contribute to experience sharing and learning across different parts of the organization. The position is located at our production facilities in Gullringen. You report to the Production Support Manager, with a start date by agreement. About you We're looking for someone with experience in quality work, improvement initiatives, or process development in an industrial or construction-related organization. You have a good understanding of management systems, deviations, and structured improvement work, but above all, you're good at making things happen in organizations. As a person, you're relationship-building, pedagogical, and comfortable navigating different perspectives. You have the ability to build trust and create engagement, even when you challenge existing ways of working. You're curious and unpretentious, and you thrive in a role where you need to understand the big picture rather than optimize a single part. You're good at spotting patterns, drawing conclusions from data, and turning insights into concrete improvements. About Surewood Housing Surewood Housing is a long-term residential developer building well-designed, affordable, and sustainable townhouses and apartment buildings. Surewood Housing delivers homes as full-service contracts, but can also support through the entire chain, from land acquisition to turnkey homes. We operate throughout the country with offices in Gullringen, Stockholm, and Malmö. Houses are manufactured as modules in our state-of-the-art production facility in Gullringen, which we acquired from Skanska in 2025, and we now deliver and assemble turnkey homes on-site.
