Quality Engineer for Manufacturing Industry We are seeking an experienced quality engineer for an exciting consulting assignment with a company in Karlskoga. About the Role As a quality engineer, you will have a central role in ensuring and developing quality work. The role involves close collaboration with several functions, such as production, procurement, suppliers, and development. You work both proactively to prevent quality deviations and operatively to analyze, investigate, and drive improvement measures when challenges arise. The assignment offers a varied day-to-day where you contribute to strengthening quality culture and ensuring that the organization's processes and products maintain high standards. The work is 100% on-site. Qualifications We are looking for someone with relevant technical education or equivalent experience in quality work within manufacturing industry. You have several years of experience and are therefore self-sufficient with qualified quality tasks and are accustomed to taking significant personal responsibility in your work. You also have a good understanding of quality management systems and experience working according to established quality standards. Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing. Swedish citizenship is required. Before assignment start, the final candidate must undergo and be approved in a background check.
