Your Responsibilities
Skill is now seeking a Quality Engineer for Siemens Energy in Finspång. You will be responsible for internal product and process qualifications (IPPQ) and become a key part of ensuring robust manufacturing processes and high product quality.
Main responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate internal product and process qualifications (IPPQ) from start to finish.
Plan, drive, and follow up on qualification activities together with cross-functional teams.
Serve as a cohesive point of contact between, for example, design, manufacturing engineering, production, planning, and procurement quality.
Ensure that qualification plans, requirements, activities, and results are clearly defined and documented.
Identify and manage quality risks and deviations within the qualification process.
Drive problem-solving and improvement work together with affected functions.
Follow up results, analyze data, and ensure that qualification requirements are met.
Contribute to the development and standardization of working methods within IPPQ and the quality area.
Support manufacturing in matters related to process quality, product quality, and process robustness.
Your Profile
We are looking for an experienced and structured Quality Engineer with a good understanding of manufacturing industry and the ability to drive complex activities forward.
We would like you to have:
Experience with qualifications, PPQ, IPPQ, or similar process-driven projects.
Documented experience from manufacturing industry.
Production experience – this is a requirement.
Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional activities without formal personnel responsibility.
Good understanding of quality work and process management in manufacturing.
Ability to structure complex tasks, prioritize, and ensure progress.
Strong communication and teaching skills and ability to collaborate easily with different functions and expertise.
An analytical and solution-oriented approach.
Ability to take responsibility, make decisions, and drive activities through to completion.
Good Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
