About the Position:
As a Project Quality Engineer, you will be part of a team working with advanced technical systems within the defense industry. You'll be part of an organization where quality is a central function, with work divided into several areas, including project quality, line support, and software quality. This role focuses on project quality within aftermarket projects, where you support project management before, during, and after delivery.
You will work in an international environment with many touchpoints, both internally and externally. The role involves contact with end-user representatives, particularly abroad, as well as collaboration with organizations responsible for maintaining technical equipment and operational systems. To thrive in this role, we see that you have clear project thinking and understanding of how projects are driven forward. It's more important that you have experience with project work and quality issues in a larger technical context than being a specialist in all aspects of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Support project management in daily project work related to quality
Work with quality issues before, during, and after delivery in aftermarket projects
Ensure projects are driven in line with relevant processes, requirements, and quality procedures
Coordinate and follow up on quality-related activities in projects
Maintain contact with internal and external stakeholders, including international touchpoints
Contribute structure, follow-up, and quality perspective throughout the project phases
What We're Looking For:
Approximately five years or more of relevant work experience
Experience in quality, for example as a quality engineer, project quality engineer, project engineer, or similar role
Experience working on large projects, assignments, or in technical organizations
Understanding of how projects are driven and how quality is integrated into project work
Strong proficiency in Swedish and English, as both languages are used in internal and external communication
It's not necessary, but advantageous if you have:
Experience with regulatory requirements related to aerospace, defense, or other safety-critical operations
Experience with development projects in a technical environment
Experience from the defense industry, aerospace, technical aftermarket, or other regulated operations
Experience with aftermarket projects, maintenance, or operational technical equipment
We believe you'll thrive in this role if you're communicative, collaborative, and comfortable working with many different people. You have a good ability to coordinate, drive matters forward, and create structure even when projects involve multiple touchpoints and parallel activities. You are proactive and responsible, with the ability to see both details and the bigger picture. Since the role involves international contacts and close collaboration with project management, we also see that you're relationship-focused, clear in communication, and solution-oriented.

About the Position:
This position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current applicable security clearance regulations. For positions where our client has security classification requirements, certain citizenship may be required in some cases.
This is a consultant assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday.
