Your Responsibilities
As a Quality Engineer with us, you'll have an important responsibility to strengthen and develop our quality efforts. The role is central to ensuring we have robust structures and standards for quality engineering, systematic management of deviations, and risk assessments throughout the development and delivery process. You'll support the organization in meeting customer requirements, regulatory requirements, certifications, and internal goals, and work cross-functionally with product development, production, and procurement.
As a Quality Engineer, you will, among other things:
Establish and maintain quality structures in line with the company's strategies and ISO standards.
Drive implementation of quality techniques to identify risks and prevent quality defects in various parts of the business.
Coordinate risk assessments (e.g., FMEA) and ensure systematic risk management.
Drive and improve work with deviation management, and support the rest of the organization with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
Plan and conduct internal audits of processes and systems, and follow up on the implementation of improvements.
Support the organization with training, advisory services, and continuous improvement initiatives related to quality standards.
Your Profile
We believe you have:
Relevant technical higher education or equivalent work experience.
Good understanding of quality techniques and tools such as FMEA, control plans, and corrective/preventive actions.
Experience working with requirements related to ISO 9001, and trained/experienced internal auditor.
Experience with systematic quality work in manufacturing/technical industries.
Strength in analysis, structure, and documentation.
Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Merits
Experience driving implementation of quality processes in production environments.
Experience working according to other types of required management systems, such as ISO 14001, or experience from more regulated industries.
