Pharmaceuticals and medtech have one thing in common: there is no margin for error. That's where you come in. As a Quality Engineer at Mpya Sci & Tech, you work with deviation investigations, CAPA, and validation for our customers in the Mälardalen region—but never as a solo consultant on an anonymous assignment. You always have a team behind you that knows exactly what you're going through.
Right now, we're recruiting consultants for assignments with customers in Stockholm, Södertälje, and Uppsala.
What you will be working on
Assignments vary but typically involve process development and improvement work, deviation investigations, CAPA and Change Control, validation and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and support during regulatory inspections and audits.
What we're looking for
Technical or natural sciences degree from higher education
Experience from regulated industries, preferably pharmaceutical manufacturing or medtech
Good understanding of cGMP and/or ISO13485 and process development
Experience with deviation investigations, CAPA, and Change Control as well as batch documentation
Experience with validation/qualification (processes, equipment, computerized systems)
Strong Swedish and English language skills
Meritorious
Experience from aseptic filling and/or sterile manufacturing
As a person, you are confident in taking responsibility and driving your work forward, even in new contexts. You are communicative and build trust through a professional and unpretentious approach.
